Working with Amar was a transformational experience! He has helped me to reach a better understanding of myself. He patiently and compassionately helped guide me to locate my inner child and adult self. With his help I am now able to reparent myself in times when I feel lost. He helped me identify my triggers and then gently guided me on how to work through them. He allowed me the ability to strengthen and define what I already knew deep within myself.
